Harvest Renovations is led by Sam Bezant, a Registered Building Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry.

Sam began his career as an apprentice carpenter, gaining extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, renovations and carpentry before progressing into site supervision and project management.

Over the years, he has worked across residential, commercial and large-scale construction, developing a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the building process. His experience includes managing trades and subcontractors, coordinating construction programmes, working with architects, engineers and consultants, overseeing quality and safety, managing suppliers and resolving complex construction issues.

This combination of hands-on building experience and professional construction management allows Sam to approach renovations with a practical understanding of how things should be built, while ensuring projects are properly planned, organised and managed.

Sam holds a Diploma in Building and Construction, a Carpentry Trade Certificate and has been a Registered Building Practitioner since 2021.

For Sam, building is about more than simply completing a project. It's about clear communication, quality workmanship, attention to detail and doing things properly from start to finish.

Through Harvest Renovations, Sam brings his experience and personal approach to every project, giving homeowners confidence that their renovation is being managed by someone who understands construction from the ground up.
